About Kosove Apartments

Kosove Apartments is a co-ed building located on USF Myrtle Drive. Upperclassmen live in this hall, which houses approximately 254 students and offers a mix of single and double bedrooms in 3-5 person apartments. Kosove Apartments features common areas throughout and a laundry facility on the first floor. Apply to live in Kosove Apartments!

Units in Kosove Apartments

There are several different unit configurations available in Kosove Apartments, with a mix of single and double bedrooms in 3-5 person apartments. Each unit includes a shared a living area with kitchen and one bathroom. The hall is coed with students sharing the same gender identity in one unit.  

Typical Double Bedroom Size

  • Approximately 180 square feet
  • Typical bedroom area dimensions are 11'7" x 15'7"

Typical Single Bedroom Size

  • Approximately 110 square feet
  • Typical bedroom area dimensions are 11'7" x 9'7"

Unit Features

  • Provided furniture per resident includes:
    • A twin XL bed (Bed Raising Information)
    • A dresser (measures approx. 36"x24")
    • A chair and desk (measures approx. 36"x24")
  • Closet space for each resident
  • Shower curtain liners are provided
  • Each unit contains a full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop and sink
  • Each unit contains a furnished common living area

  • Laundry facility on first floor
  • Community lounge on first floor
  • Dining hall right outside
  • Service desk nearby
  • Ethernet connection for each resident in each bedroom
