The Counseling Center

During college, you might experience a great many stresses in your life – sorting out your independence and identity, establishing and maintaining important relationships, coping with anxiety and depression, finding confidence in a future direction, dealing with body-image or excessive substance use, and handling new academic demands. To help with these challenges and more, the Counseling Center provides a variety of psychological services for all currently registered students on the Tampa campus of the University Â鶹ÊÓƵ.
