Terms & Conditions

• Students with tuition waivers (such as Faculty/Staff, other state employees, or senior citizens) must purchase the appropriate membership.
• All memberships require a current USF ID card or a Recreation & Wellness Community Card.
  • USF ID card does not guarantee membership.
• Recreation & Wellness Community Memberships: While we can accept renewals online, all new Community Memberships must be purchased in-person (location & hours).
  • Community Cards (ID) can only be issued in-person.
  • Must have a valid sponsor to be eligible to purchase membership.
• Proper verification of employment will be required at the time of membership purchase or renewal.
  • Depending on what type of membership is purchased, this includes usage of: the Recreation & Wellness Center's fitness floor, upper gym, lower gym, equipment check-out, Group Fitness classes, indoor pool, racquetball courts, et al.
• Operations and programming are subject to change at any time.
• Monthly memberships are valid one month from date-of-purchase (non-refundable).
• Annual memberships are valid one year from date of purchase (pro-rated refund not guaranteed) (i.e medical or termination of employment must be provided).
• Renewals can be processed online.
• Visa & Mastercard only form of payment accepted.
• Payroll deduction is available for Faculty & Staff employees (annual memberships only).

Parking fees are not included in membership fees.

Parking and traffic may affect access to our facilities. Alerts will only be announced through a subscriber-based service ran by USF Parking & Transportation Services.

• A valid USF Alumni ID is required to purchase a Recreation & Wellness Alumni Membership.
  • You can purchase an Alumni ID on USF's ID Card website.
• Group Fitness: Classes are included in all Memberships.
• Intramural Sports: USF Faculty and Staff must purchase a Recreation & Wellness membership in order to participate in any intramural activity.
• Outdoor Recreation: A valid Recreation & Wellness membership is required for all bike rentals and repairs.
