STAGES X

Mission Statement

Created by students in the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Exercise Science program, the STAGES X Health and Wellness program was created specifically for the STAGES program to introduce healthy fitness, dietary, and safety options which can incorporate into any daily routine. The program consisted of weekly Health and Wellness seminars on varies topics such as nutrition, group exercise, and stress management. The program also had a Fitness Partnership program which paired one STAGES student with one Exercise Science student. The Exercise science student was responsible for developing a fitness program for their partner based on their partner’s specific fitness goals. The STAGES X program allowed students from both programs the ability to enhance their knowledge and skills in the field to better prepare them for the future.
