Anchin Center Co-Hosts Innovation Education Summit
On Tuesday, February 27th, the USF Research Park Innovation Building was abuzz with the Innovation Education Summit, co-hosted by The Florida Inventor's Hall of Fame and The David C. Anchin Center. The event brought together a diverse group of local school and district administrators, classroom teachers, and instructional coaches, all eager to explore innovation in education.
The summit was graced by Dr. Sylvia Wilson Thomas, Vice President for Research and Innovation at The Â鶹ÊÓƵ, who delivered an inspiring keynote address. Dr. Thomas highlighted the resources available at USF and emphasized the pivotal role educators play in shaping the future through innovation. She urged the attendees, saying, "No one else has a larger stake in our future's innovation than YOU!"
