Lab Location

  • The Language in Aging & Stroke Rehabilitation (LASER) Lab is located on the third floor of the Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders (PCD) building, room PCD3023.  
  • Due to the confusion that can happen with finding the lab room, all participants should enter through the lobby and wait in the waiting area; one of our research assistants will meet you there to guide you to the lab room.
  • Parking:
    • You may park in the 9A lot or lot 46 , and a parking pass will be given to you to display on you dashboard.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Address: 3711 USF Laurel Drive., Tampa, FL, 33620

From I-275: Take the Fletcher Avenue Exit. Turn East onto Fletcher Avenue and travel
approximately five miles to the University. From Fletcher Avenue, turn right onto Magnolia
and travel to the first light. At that light, turn left onto Holly. Travel to the first light and turn
right onto Laurel.

From I-75: Take the Fletcher Avenue exit. Turn West onto Fletcher Avenue and travel
approximately 3.5 miles to the University. From Fletcher Avenue, turn left onto Magnolia and travel to the first light. At that light, turn left onto Holly. Travel to the first light and turn right onto Laurel.

After turning onto Laurel, the Communication Science and Disorder Building will be directly ahead. You need to travel past the Music Building on the left and go through the round-about and then go under the breezeway of the CDS and PCD building (highlighted below). Take your first left after exiting the round- about and go into the parking lot that is south of the PCD building --Parking Lot 9A (highlighted below). Park in any spot labeled CSD/PSY. The study will take place in room 3023 located on the third floor of the CDS building.

  • Lot 9A is located past the building on the Left (assigned reserved parking spaces are closest to thePsychology Building). When you exit your car, you will want to head back to the CSD Building whichwill be on your left.
  • Lot 46 Additional parking is available in lot 46, which is located past the building and playground on theRight. Once you enter the parking lot stay to the right, closest to the playground and continue to keepright. This parking lot has several sections (assigned reserved parking spaces are located at the farthestend from where you entered, back towards Citrus Drive.) When you exit your car, please enter the CSDbuilding from the closest doors and walk down the hallway past the bathrooms and towards the slidingdoors. LASER Lab is located on the third floor of the Communication Sciences & Disorders Building.
