Dr. Nathan Higgins earned his PhD from the Psychology Department at the University of Connecticut studying Behavioral Neuroscience. He did his postdoctoral training at Vanderbilt University and University of Nevada Las Vegas. His research is focused on neural processing of spatial auditory information, auditory scene analysis, and cognitive perception using neuroimaging and psychophysics. Current research projects focus on processing mechanisms of interaural correlation and development of online classification of electrophysiological neural signatures of perception.
