In terms of competitive position, the Tampa Bay region has fluctuated over the years.
It was at No. 9 in 2011. In 2015, it improved to No. 3, which is where it was in 2019.
Raleigh-Durham has been the best performing MSA, while St. Louis has been the worst
performing MSA.
