Dr. Steve Kozlowski joined USF’s Psychology faculty in 2020 after intensive recruitment into the department’s Industrial and Organizational Psychology program through the USF World Class Scholar initiative. Dr. Kozlowski is one of the preeminent researchers in multilevel organizational theory, team effectiveness, leadership, learning, and adaptability.
