11/14/24 — An international research team led by Â鶹ÊÓƵ professor Bogdan P. Onac has uncovered preserved biosignatures in Spain’s lava tubes, providing insights into Earth’s ancient environments that could guide the search for past microbial life on Mars.
USF receives $1.5 million national grant to develop app that identifies climate risks in vulnerable coastal communities. Led by School of Geosciences GIS and Remote Sensing Professor Barnali Dixon, the research team will create the CRIS-HAZARD app.
