HCPS Math Bowl for grades 9-12 "Presented by the Coalition of Science & Literacy"
Math Bowl is an academic competition that is designed to promote and celebrate students' mathematical skills. It serves multiple educational and developmental purposes, including: promoting Interest in mathematics, enhancing problem-solving skills, fostering teamwork, building confidence, and providing recognition and rewards. The event is presented by USF Coalition for Science Literacy, USF Secondary Mathematics Education Program and Hillsborough County Public Schools.

Math Enrichment for Program: a collaborative educational partnership between USF and Prep and Me - Feb. 4, 2023
To strengthen our undergraduate students’ ability to teach in virtual settings, they will teach enrichment lessons on functions to a group of Prep and Me secondary students from Hillsborough County. The Prep and Me program is a scholarship program for high-achieving, minoritized students. The USF students enrolled in the Technology for Teaching High School Math course are providing the enrichment activities, who in-turn will be supported by the high school methods course.
