Stadium Groundbreaking Parking Alert for November 7 through November 8
11/05/2024The upcoming 2024 USF Stadium Groundbreaking ceremony, scheduled to take place on November 8, is expected to have a notable effect on parking on the Tampa Campus. Plan to arrive early, allowing ample time to locate a parking spot.
Lot 18 will be closed on November 7 at 8:00 am. Any vehicles left in Lot 18 after 8:00 am on November 7 will be subject to a citation and may be removed at the owner’s expense.
In addition to the lot closures listed below, sections of other lots may be closed to provide prearranged reserved parking for event attendees. Lots will be impacted as follows:

The Orange Route will be on a detour starting Thursday, November 7, at 8:00 am.
Street Closures on Thursday, November 7
On Thursday, November 7, Lot 18 on Sycamore Drive will close starting at 8:00 am. and will reopen at 5:30 pm on Friday, November 8.
For your convenience, we suggest parking in either Beard or Laurel parking garages, which offer Bull Runner shuttle service to buildings around the impacted areas. Please reference the campus map to locate an alternate lot suited to your permit type.

Homecoming Carni-Bull Parking Alert for November 6 through November 10
11/01/2024The upcoming 2024 USF Homecoming festivities, set for the week of November 4 – November 10, are expected to have a notable effect on parking on the Tampa Campus. Arrive early, to allow ample time for locating a parking spot.
Lot 35 will be closed on Wednesday, November 6 at 8:00 am. Any vehicles left in parking lot 35 after 8:00 am November 6, will be subject to a citation and may be towed at the owner’s expense.
In addition to the lot closures listed below, sections of other lots may be closed to provide prearranged reserved parking for event attendees. Parking lots will be impacted as follows:

Homecoming Parade Parking Alert for November 7 through November 8
11/01/2024The upcoming 2024 USF Homecoming parade, scheduled for November 8, will impact parking availability on the Tampa Campus. Please plan to arrive early to allow extra time to locate parking.
To prepare for the parade, parking lots 3A, 3B, and 3C will be closed the entire day on Friday, November 8. Vehicles remaining in these lots after 8:00 pm on November 7 will be subject to a citation and may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Additional parking impacts include closures in sections of other lots, which will be reserved for event attendees. Please carefully review the following details to plan accordingly.

Bull Runner:
- All Routes will end service at 5:00 pm on Friday, November 8.
Street Closures on Friday, November 8
On Friday, November 8, sections of Holly, Palm, Genshaft, Alumni, and Leroy Collins Boulevard will close starting at 5:00 pm. These roadways will be reopened by University Police once the parade has passed and when it is safe to do so.
For your convenience, we suggest parking in the following lots: Lots 9A, 42, and 43, as well as Laurel and Beard parking garages. Reference the campus map to locate these designated areas.
