My goal is to support students as they navigate the transition to college and ensure they have a positive experience at USF. During my own first year, I encountered unexpected challenges and struggled with how to handle them, so I understand the difficulties many students face.

Through persistence and hard work, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. With over 14 years of experience in Higher Education, I have developed a deep passion for this field. I joined USF in 2015 and quickly found my place, where I can work closely with students, offer support, and build meaningful relationships. In addition to my advocacy work, I serve as an adjunct instructor, which allows me to connect with students in a unique way and better support them throughout their first year.
