USF engineering student takes top prize in Department of Defense national cyber competition
The U.S. Department of Defense challenged the country’s top cybersecurity minds in a skills competition. CyberHerd team captain and computer science and engineering student Waseem Albaba came out on top, defeating 3,000 competitors.

The Â鶹ÊÓƵ today announced the appointment of David Blackwell as the new Lynn Pippenger Dean of the Muma College of Business. Blackwell comes to USF after serving as associate dean for professional graduate programs at the University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business and Economics.
