While working on her master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Fatemeh Rasouli decided she wanted to use her knowledge and skills to help people in a tangible way. Fatemeh focused her studies on gait rehabilitation and discovered the work taking place at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s REED lab. Upon graduation, Fatemeh reached out to the lab’s director, Kyle Reed, who suggested she apply to USF’s doctoral program. Today, Fatemeh is working toward her Ph.D. and has been able to have an impact on those living with disabilities.
