Tracy Plunkett
Tracy Plunkett is the executive director of administrative services for USF Innovative Education. She oversees the unit’s financial and human resources operations, provides financial modeling and board reporting across Academic Affairs, and is the university audit liaison across USF campuses for the distance learning funds.
She joined USF in 2015, coming from the University of Virginia, where she served in various roles in the University Budget Office, Facilities Management, and Donor Gift Operations. Prior to her career in higher education, Plunkett worked telecommunications industry for nearly two decades, working in financial business planning, systems and controls roles.
Plunkett earned an MBA, summa cum laude, from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey.
