MCHSO president Mahima Tatam emphasized the importance of the symposium as an opportunity for students to expand their understanding of maternal and child health issues.

“The annual MCHSO symposium is an opportunity for students to strengthen their interprofessionalism and learn about current maternal and child health needs,” Tatam said. “I am looking forward to students having their horizons broadened by the expertise of our wonderful speakers.”

“This year’s symposium is not only about learning but also about building a community of passionate public health heroes for maternal and child health,” Tatum said. “It’s an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who are committed to making a positive impact.
