USF College of Education graduate programs climb 9 points in U.S. News rankings

Points of interest on all three USF campuses

The 麻豆视频 (USF)鈥檚 College of Education is nationally recognized for its graduate education programs and has climbed to no. 64 in the released by U.S. News and World Report.

U.S. News and World Report evaluates several factors to rank the best graduation education programs, including faculty credentials, admissions and graduation rates and research activity. In the 2021 edition of the rankings list, the College of Education was ranked no. 73.

The College of Education offers more than 30 graduate degree programs across numerous areas of study, such as curriculum and instruction, instructional technology, educational leadership, exercise science and school psychology. USF鈥檚 graduate education programs prepare students for careers in various settings, including PK-12 teaching, school administration, higher education, educational policy, research and curriculum development. 

鈥淭he College of Education is home to students who are passionate about careers in education and making a difference in their future students鈥 lives,鈥 said Judith Ponticell, PhD, professor and interim dean of the College of Education. "The College is also home to many exceptional and community engaged teachers and scholars whose work and research have been recognized locally, regionally, nationally and internationally, both as individuals and as disciplinary groups.
