In remembrance: James Epps, PhD

James Epps

Epps was an associate professor in the USF Department of Mental Health Law and Policy.

Department of Mental Health Law and Policy (MHLP) Associate Professor James Epps, PhD,

"He was one to keep much to himself, so many did not know him well, but those of us who did knew him to be a warm, caring, and talented person; we will miss him," Department Chair Gregory Teague, PhD, said in an email.
