BSW graduates receive awards as they are welcomed into the profession

Thirty-one graduates of the Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree were celebrated at the BSW Pinning Ceremony held in the MHC atrium. Students were recognized for their hard work in completing the program, and Associate in Research Chris Groeber, MSW recognized those who studied child welfare. Associate Professor Iraida Carrion, PhD, LCSW welcomed eight new inductees into the Phi Alpha Honors Society, and many others earned recognition from the Social Work Society.
