Raymond Miltenberger, PhD, BCBA-D, professor in the Department of Child and Family Studies (CFS), presented his research as part of the Pints of Science Quarterly Lecture Series at New World Music Hall.
His presentation, "How to Prevent a Parent's Worst Nightmare," discussed what works and doesn't work to keep children safe from guns. Miltenberger is currently the director of the Applied Behavior Analysis program, and his research in applied behavior analysis focuses on teaching safety skills to children and individuals with disabilities.
