Six CBCS students were awarded the Trail Blazers Research Scholarship for the 2022-2023 academic year. This scholarship supports graduate student research on the Sarasota-Manatee campus under the direction of their faculty mentors.

Engagement in research is an essential component of the graduate education experience. The goal of the Trail Blazers Research Scholarship Program is to support training through mentored research experiences for masters and doctoral level students. Scholars will work closely with faculty mentors, attend seminars and workshops, and participate in a rich intellectual and cultural campus life.
