Biography
Dr. Dana ´¡³ó±ð°ù²Ô’s research primarily utilizes digital archives and oral histories to explore the technological development and utilization of transgender medicine over the past century, particularly between and across the United States and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining USF, Ahern completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Nevada, Reno in the Department of Gender, Race, and Identity where he taught classes in queer and trans studies. ´¡³ó±ð°ù²Ô’s teaching and research interests primarily revolve around intersections of queer and trans studies, disability studies, and feminist science and technology studies.
