BIO

"Scuba" Steve Gary, PhD, CISSP, is an Associate Professor of Instruction at the University Â鶹ÊÓƵ. He has been teaching in the Cybersecurity and Intelligence Studies graduate programs since their launch in Fall 2014. He is also an Internship Coordinator for both programs and hosts the Veterans' Cybersecurity and Intelligence Seminar. His passion is cyber intelligence, analyzing the who, what, when, where, why, how, and the so what of cyber events. His focus is on cyber threat actors, who are responsible for the cyber crmines, including ransomware and cyber espionage, the world experiences every day. Scuba was a highly-decorated career U.S. Air Force Intelligence Officer, and has been conducting intelligence since 1997 and cyber intelligence since 2005. He is also the Tampa Chapter President of the .
