BIOGRAPHY

Evgeniya Pyatovskaya is a doctoral candidate at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ, specializing in organizational resilience, critical organizational communication, and leadership. Her latest research investigates communicative resilience in nonprofit organizations, analyzing how practices at micro, meso, and macro levels lead to resilient outcomes amidst chaos. Evgeniya brings over a decade of international teaching and professional experience, having taught and developed curricula in diverse higher education institutions, and held leadership roles that involved strategic program design and partnership development. Shaped by a unique blend of practical experience and academic expertise, Evgeniya’s scholarly work aims to inform inclusive communication practices and organizational transformation while also providing pragmatic interventions for nonprofits and other organizations.
