BIOGRAPHY
Dennis DeBeck is a fifth year Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Communication at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ.
Dennis’s research interests include topics such as relational experiences during military exits, relational turbulence theory, social identity, the uptake of the COVID-19 booster vaccine, and conversations amongst families about politicized health topics. In his master’s degree program, his thesis focused on peer support in an undergraduate classroom. He looks forward to continuing this line of research as well as branching off in other areas of research such as looking at dual military couples during a military exit.
